Novocent leveraged data from Suburban’s advanced forecasting system to segment customers who should shortly be in need of a delivery, based on historical usage data, and engaged them digitally. Marketing directly to this targeted segment and focusing on the convenience of a ‘one-click’ fill up, the Novocent campaign (including nationwide response processing and CRM integration) was a resounding success.
